Tasty Kiwi and Lemon sorbet is the best refreshment for this summer and to make it at home is not at all hassle, it’s easy to make and in this heat this is the best thing to keep yours and your family’s body cool.

Check out the ingredient below, as I am sure you and your loved once will love it.

Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 1 cup water
• 3 lbs. ripe kiwis, peeled & cut into chunks
• 1 Tablespoon + 2 teaspoons fresh strained lemon juice

Method:

1. Stir the water and sugar together in a saucepan and place over low heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

2. Increase heat to medium high and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.

3. Puree the kiwi chunks in the food processor until smooth. You may leave the seeds in or strain them out if you prefer a smoother sorbet.

4. Pour the puree into a large bowl and stir in 1-2/3 cups of syrup. Stir in lemon juice and taste. It should taste slightly too sweet.

5. Place in the ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

To serve:

Place the sorbet into chilled clear glass bowls or champagne coupes to serve all chilled.
