Low cal cookies

I know all of you love cookies, doesn’t matter what your age is and if they’re low cal, they add an extra zing to your taste and health too. The ingredients are supplements for calorie, which may include whole wheat, regular sugar replaced by low cal sugar. So if you feel like to feast, gobble these cookies. Raisins and fruits can be used to garnish.

The main ingredients include, whole wheat, baking soda, ginger, nutmeg, softened butter, low cal sugar, salt, egg whites, molasses, water and flaxseeds.


Ingredients

3 cups sifted whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup low cal sugar
2 egg whites
1/3 cup molasses
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp flaxseeds
Toppings with sprinkles, raisins, cherries etc
Cookie cutter


Method

Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

In a bowl, blend flour, baking soda, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. In a separate bowl, take cream butter and low cal sugar, mix egg white with butter mixture. Add molasses, water and flaxseeds. Stir them, to the flour add them and stir until blended. Sprinkle flour on rolling paper; roll out dough with rolling pin. Use cookie cutter, cut out desired shapes. Spread cookies over cookie pan. Bake for eight to twelve minutes or until brown.

Before giving shapes, try to create your own personalities with different shapes and sizes. It’s up to you, how you plan to show your creativity.
